How Our 30-Day Guarantee Works

If you are not happy with your first Happy Parts order, reach out within 30 days of delivery. We may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or help choosing a better routine depending on the issue.

Returns for Unopened Products

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Opened Products

Because Happy Parts is a personal care product, opened items usually cannot be resold or returned for hygiene reasons.

But that does not mean you are stuck.

If you tried Happy Parts and it did not work for you, contact us within 30 days. That’s what the Comfort Guarantee is for.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll review it and help with a replacement or refund.

Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we’ll take care of it.

Gift cards, heavily discounted items, and limited promotional products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
